Madeleine Boothe

Madeleine started life at Aperion Law as a paralegal in 2015. She was admitted as a lawyer in 2017 and during that time has acted on matters involving the majority of Aperion Law's clients.

Madeleine is highly commercial in her approach to law having been immersed in the entrepreneurial space throughout her career. She started out working as the Operations Manager at a high growth startup, Easy Companies before taking the role of Programmes and Communications Manager at Fishburners. Here she worked with hundreds of startups, investors and corporate sponsors and gained in-depth understanding of what it takes to be a successful start-up as well as the pitfalls.

Madeleine is passionate about helping companies grow and succeed. Madeleine is a member of the NSW Law Society and her areas of legal interest lie in commercial and corporate law, particularly in transactional matters, capital raising, trademarks, copyright and privacy. Madeleine’s commercial background resonates in the three words she has chosen to describe herself: a hustler, analytical and optimistic.

Her interests outside of work echo her active approach to life and include squash, tennis, hiking, attending start up events and health.
